What this is

Not a facility. A house on a residential street.

Peaceful Haven is a six-bed residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) — what most families know as a board-and-care home. It's a single-story house in a Laguna Niguel neighborhood: a great room with beamed ceilings, a kitchen where dinner is actually cooked, a patio out back, and six bedrooms that residents furnish as their own.

Because there are only six residents, caregivers don't work from a chart on a cart. They know who takes coffee before breakfast, who naps after lunch, and who wants the radio on while they dress.

Level of care

What we help with, every day.

Each resident has a written care plan we build with the family and the doctor — then follow, morning to night.

Daily living

Help with the everyday

Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals — with patience and privacy, at the resident's pace. Housekeeping and laundry are ours to do, not theirs.

Every dose, on time

Medication management

We keep the medication schedule and records, handle refills with the pharmacy, and flag changes to your doctor before they become problems.

Dementia & Alzheimer's

Memory care

We are approved for dementia and memory care. Familiar faces, steady routines, and calm redirection — in a house, not a locked ward.

Your whole team

Coordination with your doctor

We schedule and track medical appointments, and coordinate with pharmacies, hospice, and home-health agencies — the family stays in the loop.

Have a specific situation — mobility equipment, a special diet, a recent hospital stay? Call us at (949) 201-7487 and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

The bedrooms

Bring the quilt. Bring the armchair.

Every bedroom is private and furnished, and several open straight onto the garden through their own sliding door. Adjustable beds are available for residents who need them, and the bathrooms are built for real care: roll-in showers, grab bars, and shower seating.

Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and make the room theirs — that's the point.

The house, as it is

Every photo we publish is this house.

No stock images, no models, no staging company. The great room, the kitchen, all six bedrooms, the accessible bathrooms, the garden — photographed as they are, so nothing about a tour comes as a surprise.
