Our story

It started with a number: six.

I'm Mariam. My family and I run this house, and I want to tell you why it's small on purpose.

Most assisted living communities in Orange County hold sixty residents. Some hold ninety, some more. The people who work in them are good people — I know a lot of them. The math just isn't on their side. When one caregiver is responsible for twenty residents, care stops being care and turns into a schedule.

Six is different. Six means the caregiver knows your mother takes her coffee before her medication. That she gets restless around four in the afternoon. That she'll tell you she's fine when she isn't. Six means someone notices the small change — the appetite, the balance, the unusually quiet morning — before it turns into a hospital visit.

We opened our first home, Seniors Paradise, in 2024, a few streets from here. It filled up, and it stayed full, and families kept calling about a bed we didn't have. So in 2026 we opened Peaceful Haven.

We could have opened one large house instead of two small ones. We didn't, and we won't. Two houses of six are harder to run than one house of twelve — but it's the only way I know to keep the promise.

There's no lobby here, no wing, no visiting hours. There's a kitchen, a living room, a garden, and six people who live here.

Come and see for yourself. Not an appointment with a salesperson — just come, walk through, and ask me the hard questions. I would much rather show you than tell you.

Why families choose us

Six honest reasons.

A real house, on a real street

Single-story, six bedrooms, a garden out back — in a Laguna Niguel neighborhood, not a complex off the freeway.

Awake staff, all night

A caregiver is up at every hour of the night — not on call in another room. Someone hears the first footstep, not the fall.

The same caregivers every day

A small, steady team — your loved one is known by name and by routine, not by the chart on a cart.

One table, home cooking

Three meals a day cooked in our own kitchen and eaten together. We learn the favorites and honor the diets.

Family anytime

No visiting hours. Come at breakfast, come after work — and yes, the dog can come too.

Two homes, twelve beds

Our sister home, Seniors Paradise, is right down the street. If one house is full, the other may have a bed — one call sorts it out.

And the reason that outranks all six: we're licensed and inspected by the State. Verify RCFE #306006959 yourself on the CDSS facility search.

Photographs tell you more than any description can. Every image we publish is of this house — the great room, the kitchen, all six bedrooms, the accessible bathrooms, and the garden.
